Terms of Service
Effective July 13, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Navo, including the Navo website, web application, public calculators, account features, financial-management tools, subscription services, reports, invoices, import and export tools, and related services collectively referred to as the “Services.”
Navo is currently provided as a web application and may later be offered through official iOS and Android applications. These Terms will also apply to any official Navo mobile application that links to them.
Navo is operated by Mohamad Beydoun, doing business as Navo. References to “Navo,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the operator of the Services.
By creating an account, accessing the Services, or continuing to use Navo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Navo.
If the laws of your jurisdiction require a higher minimum age, parental authorization, or another form of legal consent, you may use Navo only after satisfying those requirements.
If you use Navo for or on behalf of a company, partnership, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Navo may be accessed from multiple countries. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the laws applicable to you.
3. What Navo Provides
Navo provides tools intended to help individuals, freelancers, founders, and small businesses organize and understand business and personal financial information.
Depending on the account, plan, and available features, Navo may allow users to manage:
- Customers and vendors.
- Invoices and estimates.
- Revenue and expenses.
- Supplier bills and recurring obligations.
- Recurring revenue and subscriptions.
- Business and personal financial records.
- Financial reports and summaries.
- Runway and financial-readiness calculations.
- CSV imports and data exports.
- Workspaces and team access.
Features may differ depending on the user’s plan, account type, subscription status, workspace role, and product availability.
4. No Professional Advice or Fiduciary Relationship
Navo is not a bank, lender, payment institution, accounting firm, tax advisor, financial advisor, investment advisor, insurance provider, law firm, or fiduciary.
Nothing provided through Navo constitutes accounting, tax, legal, investment, insurance, lending, or professional financial advice.
Reports, forecasts, readiness indicators, runway estimates, financial summaries, and other calculations are informational tools generated from user-provided information and defined application logic.
You remain responsible for reviewing important financial records and obtaining qualified professional advice where appropriate.
5. No Guarantee of Financial Results
Navo does not guarantee profitability, savings, business growth, debt reduction, tax outcomes, investment returns, improved credit, financial independence, employment changes, or any particular business or personal financial result.
A calculator, forecast, report, readiness score, or financial indicator should not be treated as a guarantee that you can safely make a purchase, leave employment, transfer money, incur debt, make an investment, or take another significant financial action.
6. Account Registration and Security
Navo accounts are currently registered using an email address and password.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to keep your information updated.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- Protecting access to your email account and devices.
- Controlling activity performed through your account.
- Signing out of shared or public devices.
- Notifying Navo promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Navo is not responsible for losses caused by your voluntary disclosure of credentials, failure to secure your account, or unreasonable delay in reporting suspected unauthorized access.
7. Accuracy of User Information
You are responsible for the completeness, legality, and accuracy of information entered into, generated through, or imported into Navo.
This includes:
- Revenue and income.
- Expenses and recurring obligations.
- Invoices, estimates, and payment statuses.
- Customer and vendor information.
- Supplier records and bills.
- Tax rates and tax reserves.
- Personal financial information.
- Account balances and runway figures.
- Imported CSV records.
- Payment references and receipts.
Incomplete, outdated, duplicated, incorrectly categorized, or inaccurate information may produce inaccurate calculations, reports, and recommendations.
8. Ownership of User Data
You retain ownership of the business, personal, financial, customer, vendor, invoice, expense, and other records that you enter, generate, or import through Navo.
You grant Navo a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, display, back up, transmit, and otherwise handle your data only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Services.
You represent that you have the authority and lawful basis needed to process information concerning customers, vendors, employees, contractors, workspace members, and other third parties through Navo.
9. Independent Backups
Although Navo may maintain operational backups, you remain responsible for keeping independent copies of records that are important to you or your business.
Navo should not be treated as the only storage location for legally required, tax-related, accounting, customer, invoice, or other critical business records.
10. CSV Imports and Data Exports
Navo may allow users to import or export business and financial records using CSV files or other supported formats.
You are responsible for ensuring that imported files are:
- Accurate and lawfully obtained.
- Compatible with the supported format.
- Free from malware, malicious scripts, and harmful content.
- Limited to information you are authorized to process.
Imported records may require mapping, validation, reconciliation, duplicate review, or manual correction.
Navo does not guarantee compatibility with every file, spreadsheet, accounting platform, or third-party export format.
11. Plans, Trials, and Subscriptions
Navo may offer free access, beta access, free trials, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, manually activated plans, promotional offers, and custom Enterprise agreements.
A free trial may last 14 days unless a different duration is clearly displayed when the trial begins.
Navo will not automatically charge a user when the current free trial expires unless an automatic renewal arrangement has been clearly disclosed and separately authorized.
After a trial expires, access may be suspended, restricted, or changed to a limited mode until a paid plan is activated.
Plan prices, features, usage limits, storage limits, workspace limits, seat allowances, and eligibility requirements may change.
Where a change materially affects an active paid plan, Navo will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before the change takes effect.
12. Starter, Pro, and Enterprise Access
Navo may offer different levels of service, including Starter, Pro, Enterprise, or other plans introduced later.
Certain features may be limited to specific plans. Plan restrictions may include:
- Feature availability.
- Invoice or customer limits.
- Import and export limits.
- Advanced reporting access.
- Workspace and team access.
- Storage or usage limits.
- Support response levels.
Enterprise customers may receive custom pricing, onboarding, migration support, usage limits, support arrangements, workspace features, or other terms documented in a separate proposal, order form, invoice, or written agreement.
If a signed Enterprise agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed Enterprise agreement will control for the conflicting matter.
13. Payments
Navo may accept payments through supported payment methods presented during an upgrade, checkout, payment-submission, or Enterprise sales process.
Supported methods may include Payoneer, Whish Money, OMT Pay, Neo, bank transfer, or another approved regional or international payment method.
Availability of a payment method may depend on location, account eligibility, payment-provider rules, transaction size, currency, and technical availability.
Navo does not guarantee that every listed payment method will remain available in every country.
14. Manual Payment Verification
Some payments may require manual verification.
You may be asked to provide:
- A transaction reference.
- The sender’s name.
- A receipt or screenshot.
- The amount and currency paid.
- The payment date.
- Other information reasonably needed to verify payment.
Submitting payment evidence does not itself confirm that payment was received.
Paid access is activated only after Navo confirms that the correct payment has been received or otherwise verified.
Navo may reject, delay, or request clarification for payment submissions that are incomplete, duplicated, inconsistent, or unverifiable.
15. Third-Party Payment Charges
Banks, wallets, transfer services, payment providers, and financial institutions may apply their own fees, exchange rates, settlement times, limits, verification requirements, or restrictions.
These terms and charges are controlled by the applicable provider.
Navo does not store complete payment-card information when a payment is handled by an external provider.
16. Cancellation and Refunds
You may request cancellation through the available account or support process.
Cancellation prevents future renewal or extension of the applicable subscription. Cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already paid.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
Approval may depend on circumstances such as:
- Duplicate or incorrect payment.
- A verified technical failure preventing reasonable access.
- Applicable consumer law.
- The terms of a separate Enterprise agreement.
- Other circumstances approved by Navo.
Navo does not guarantee a refund because a user changed their mind, did not use the Services, entered inaccurate information, or did not achieve a particular financial or business result.
Additional terms are provided in the Refund Policy .
17. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use Navo for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.
- Misrepresent invoices, revenue, expenses, taxes, balances, transactions, or business performance.
- Upload information you are not authorized to process.
- Access another user’s account, workspace, or records without authorization.
- Sell, transfer, rent, or improperly share your account.
- Upload malware, malicious CSV files, harmful scripts, or destructive content.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, plan restrictions, or security controls.
- Scrape, probe, scan, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Services.
- Use automated systems to create fraudulent accounts or abusive traffic.
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use Navo to violate privacy, fraud, tax, sanctions, export-control, or other applicable laws.
- Use protected Navo materials to create a competing product without written authorization.
18. Sanctions and Trade Restrictions
You agree not to access or use Navo in violation of applicable sanctions, export-control laws, trade restrictions, or similar legal requirements.
Navo may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations or a lawful instruction from a service provider.
19. Feedback and Suggestions
You may submit suggestions, ideas, corrections, feature requests, or other feedback concerning Navo.
By submitting feedback, you permit Navo to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Services without restriction, compensation, attribution, or obligation.
This section does not transfer ownership of your financial, customer, or business records to Navo.
20. Navo Intellectual Property
Navo and its software, source code, application architecture, branding, logos, interfaces, designs, workflows, documentation, written content, and original platform features are owned by Navo or its licensors.
Subject to these Terms, Navo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to use the Services for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected Navo materials.
21. Intellectual-Property Complaints
If you believe that content available through Navo infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights, contact Navo through the official support channels published on the website.
Your notice should include:
- Your name and contact information.
- Identification of the protected work or right.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material.
- Information reasonably sufficient to locate the material.
- An explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized.
- A statement that the information supplied is accurate.
Navo may request additional information before taking action.
22. Open-Source and Third-Party Components
Navo may contain or rely upon open-source software and third-party libraries.
Those components remain subject to their applicable licenses.
Nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted directly under an applicable open-source license.
23. Third-Party Services and Links
Navo may rely on or link to third-party services for hosting, databases, backups, email delivery, payments, scheduling, security, monitoring, file storage, document generation, and other operations.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility requirements, and operational rules.
To the extent permitted by law, Navo is not responsible for outages, rejected payments, processing delays, policy changes, account restrictions, data loss, security incidents, or other failures caused by a third-party provider outside Navo’s reasonable control.
24. Beta and Experimental Features
Some Navo features may be identified as beta, preview, early access, experimental, or under development.
These features may be incomplete, contain errors, change without notice, have limited availability, or be discontinued.
You should not rely on a beta or experimental feature as the only copy of important business or financial information.
25. Service Availability
Navo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Navo does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, error-free operation, or a specific uptime percentage.
Maintenance, security incidents, software errors, infrastructure problems, and third-party outages may interrupt the Services.
Navo may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary to maintain, improve, secure, or legally operate the Services.
26. Force Majeure
Navo will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Such events may include:
- Natural disasters and extreme weather.

- Internet, telecommunications, hosting, or power failures.
- Labor disputes.
- Epidemics or public-health emergencies.
- Cyberattacks or infrastructure failures.
- Failures of third-party providers.
27. Account Suspension and Termination
Navo may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when it reasonably believes that an account:
- Violates these Terms.
- Is being used unlawfully or fraudulently.
- Creates a security or operational risk.
- Attempts unauthorized access.
- Uploads malicious content.
- Abuses support, refund, or payment processes.
- Remains unpaid after an applicable payment deadline.
- Threatens the integrity or availability of Navo.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, Navo may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Navo may also close inactive accounts after reasonable notice where practical.
28. Account Deletion and Retention
You may request deletion of your account through available account settings or verified support channels.
After account deletion, associated active data may remain recoverable for up to 30 days before permanent deletion from active systems.
Backup copies may remain for a limited additional period until the applicable backup cycle expires.
Navo may retain information where necessary for legal, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, payment-dispute, or regulatory purposes.
29. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Navo disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.
Navo does not guarantee that reports, calculations, forecasts, readiness indicators, imported records, or other outputs are complete, accurate, current, or appropriate for every financial situation.
30. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Navo, its operator, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, consequential, business, financial, reputational, or data-related losses arising from or relating to the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
31. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection, cancellation, refund, privacy, or other legal right that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted under the laws applicable in your place of residence.
32. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navo and its operator from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the Services.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your infringement of another person’s rights.
- Information submitted without appropriate authorization.
- Your fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful conduct.
33. Electronic Communications
By using Navo, you consent to receive electronic communications necessary to operate and administer the Services.
These communications may include:

This governing-law provision does not override mandatory rights granted to consumers under laws that legally apply to them.
35. Dispute Resolution
Before beginning formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith informal negotiation for at least 30 days after written notice of the dispute.
If the dispute is not resolved through informal negotiation, it may be submitted to binding arbitration in Beirut, Lebanon, before one neutral arbitrator.
Proceedings may be conducted in English or Arabic.
Arbitration will be conducted individually and not as a class or representative action to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or protecting intellectual-property rights in a court with appropriate jurisdiction.
36. Changes to These Terms
Navo may update these Terms as the product, business, technology, payment methods, legal requirements, or operational practices change.
The latest version will display an updated effective date.
Navo will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users before material changes affecting billing, data use, user rights, dispute procedures, or liability become effective.
Continued use of Navo after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
37. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Navo’s written permission.
Navo may assign these Terms in connection with incorporation, financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, or transfer of the Navo business.
38. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Navo’s failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
39. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, applicable plan details, and any signed Enterprise agreement, constitute the agreement governing your use of Navo.
These documents supersede prior communications, representations, or understandings concerning the same subject matter, except where a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
