Built for the messy middle

Stop guessing.
Start steering.

Most freelancers know how much they billed. Very few know whether they are actually safe, profitable, or ready to leave their job. Navo gives you the operating view that spreadsheets never will.

Know which customers are slowing your cash flow

See every invoice: paid, unpaid, overdue, and how long it has been sitting.

See what needs action before it becomes a problem

The Financial Action Center surfaces your next move, not a pile of raw numbers.

Know whether you can safely quit your job

Compare income, expenses, runway, and savings in one clear readiness score.

A financial operating system

Your dashboard should answer questions, not create more of them.

Navo is not trying to replace your accountant. It gives you an operating view so you can make better financial decisions every week without opening a spreadsheet.

Where is your cash going?

Every expense, supplier bill, and subscription is visible in one view.

Are you actually profitable this month?

Revenue, expenses, and net income are calculated automatically, not manually.

What should you do next?

Cut a cost. Chase a payment. Grow a margin. Navo tells you which move matters.

A note from the founder

I built Navo because I needed a clearer way to run my own money.

I was trying to keep personal finances, business income, expenses, invoices, obligations, and future plans in my head and across different tools. The numbers existed, but the answer to the question “Where do I actually stand?” was never obvious.

Navo started as the system I wanted for myself: one place that turns those numbers into a financial position I can understand and act on. Today, the goal is the same for every Navo user: less financial guesswork, clearer decisions, and a better view of what comes next.

FAQ

Questions before you start?

How is Navo different from QuickBooks or Xero?

QuickBooks and Xero are accounting platforms designed for accountants. They are built around concepts like chart of accounts, journal entries, and reconciliation. Navo is an operating dashboard designed for the business owner. It takes your invoices, expenses, and cash flow and turns them into decisions, not accounting reports. Navo does not try to replace your accountant. It makes sure you are not flying blind between accounting sessions.

Do I need to connect my bank account?

No. Navo currently works through manual records such as invoices you create, expenses you log, and supplier bills you track. There is no bank connection required. You control exactly what goes in, and Navo turns it into a clear financial picture.

Do I need accounting knowledge to use Navo?

None. Navo is designed for business owners, not accountants. There is no chart of accounts, no double-entry bookkeeping, and no reconciliation. If you can log an invoice and record an expense, you can use Navo fully from day one.

Can I still use Navo with my accountant?

Yes. Many users find it makes the accountant relationship more productive. You handle the day-to-day picture in Navo. Your accountant handles formal filings and compliance. Navo reports help organize the information you need for more productive conversations with your accountant.

Is my financial data secure?

Navo uses secure authentication, access controls, and encrypted connections in production to help protect account and financial data. Security controls will continue to evolve as the platform grows.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees or long-term lock-ins. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

What is included with Enterprise?

Enterprise is designed for larger businesses that need a tailored implementation. We scope workspace configuration, dashboards, reporting requirements, onboarding, support, and commercial terms during a product demo.

Can I try Navo before subscribing?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to the plan you select for 14 days, then choose whether to continue.
