What is the difference between account scope and plan?
Account scope decides whether Navo shows Personal, Business, or both sets of modules. Starter, Pro, and Premium decide how deep the capabilities go inside the selected scope.
What does the free trial include?
The 14-day trial unlocks Pro-level capabilities for the account scope you selected. Premium team workspace features are not included in the standard trial.
Does Business + Personal cost extra?
No. At launch, choosing Business + Personal does not add a separate scope fee. Your subscription price is determined by Starter, Pro, or Premium.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are prepaid for one year. Starter is $86/year, Pro is $182/year, and Premium is $374/year, each saving about 20% compared with twelve monthly payments.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise pricing is prepared after a product demonstration and requirements review. The final scope depends on implementation, workspace configuration, reporting requirements, onboarding, support, and commercial requirements.
